NO cancellations will be accepted after the posted deadline, and the clinic fee is then non-refundable. Clinic fee is also non-refundable for No-Shows (anyone who does not cancel the clinic prior to deadline and fails to attend the Clinic). All refunds for cancellations and no-shows will be issued within 15 days of date of cancellation or date of clinic. Clinic schedule and dates are subject to change.
